Software and Security Updates

It's very important to always keep your site's software up-to-date because unpatched bugs and vulnerabilities can provide attackers with a way to compromise your site. This is why my maintenance services include monitoring and updating your server software (including CMS software like WordPress and any plug-ins you might have installed) on a regular basis.

Content Posting and Updating

Want to add new articles, news updates and other content to your site on a regular basis but don't want the hassle of submitting it yourself ? I can do all this for you too, including any other bespoke maintenance task that your site may require. Simply send me the content you'd like posting and I'll take care of the rest.

Backups and Technical Support

Keeping backups of your site is important, which is why my maintenance services include making regular offsite backups (as well as restoring from a backup should the need ever arise.) I also provide general assistance and technical support for your site, so if you have any questions or run into any issues, I'll always be there to help.

Bug Fixes, Tweaks and Changes

If you regularly need smaller changes made to the code, design or layout of your site, I can provide this for a fixed monthly fee - which is a cheaper and more efficient alternative to setting up a new development project for each small change. Let me know what you need and I'll take care of it.

Hosting Support

Web hosting can be one of the most daunting aspects of setting up a site, which is why I'll be there to help you through the process. On top of helping you select a host, register your domain and getting your site set up for you at the beginning, I can also help with the ongoing maintenance of your server and if something goes wrong, I can laise with your host's support department on your behalf.
